What is HavnSight?
HavnSight is a modular platform for support and operations teams. It brings a service desk (Desk), on-call and escalation (Respond), runbooks and a help centre (Keystone) and visual workflows (Flow) together on one identity.

Can I sign up with a personal email address?
Yes. Personal addresses from Gmail, Outlook and Hotmail get a personal workspace in our default region. With a work email you can also connect to your company's existing workspace and choose your region.

When you sign up with a work email you choose the region for your organisation. Personal workspaces use our default region. The available regions are shown on the sign-up page.
Can my colleagues use the same workspace?
Yes. Signing up with your work email helps us connect you with your company's existing workspace, so your team shares one set of people, permissions and data.
HavnSight Intelligence
What is HavnSight Intelligence?
AI built into the platform. It reads each request in context, drafts replies grounded in your private Keystone documentation, and routes incidents to the team that is on call.

Pricing
How is it priced?
Pricing is modular: you pay for the products you use, per user. There are no forced bundles. Current plans are on the pricing page.

Can I add another product later?
Yes, at any time. Everything shares the same identity and data, so a new product works with what you already have.
Security and support
How do you protect my data?
Access is over HTTPS, stored data is encrypted on managed data services, and one identity service handles sign-in across the products. Our security page explains the details.
